You have to be ridiculously passionate about what you’re doing! If you went into your business to only make money and that is your only single objective that you have, get out! One of two things are going to happen; you’re either going get the money and you’re going to be horrible at your business and that business will start to die. But more often than not, if you’re going into something for just the money, you’re probably not going to have the desire to see it through to completion. Ask yourself what you are truly passionate about, what is that thing that makes you come alive? Be driven by passion.
The advice that is not mine is, go learn from the people who are smarter then you. You should never be the smartest person in the room, and if you find that you are, add value to everyone who’s there, and leave to go find another room where you’re the dumbest person in the room!
